its my personal page and i regret for making the mistake please unlock my page so that i can make necessary corrections required for a genuine page. I humbly request to please unlock as I have not gone through the regulations thoroughly. I feel sorry for that.

You've already been told that Wikipedia isn't free webhosting for autobiographies. You're not going to be unblocked unless you can convince us you are here to do something besides create a page about yourself.
