Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. I am glad to see that you are discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, talk pages are for discussion related to improving the article, not general discussion about the topic or unrelated topics. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. Thank you. [edit]Thank you for your recent contributions, such as Talk:Main Page. Getting started creating new articles on Wikipedia can be tricky, and you might like to try creating a draft version first, which you can then ask for feedback on if necessary, with less risk of deletion. Do make sure you also read help available to you, including Your First Article and the Tutorial. You might also like to try the Article Wizard, which has an option to create a draft version. Talk pages are not for the creation of new articles. Haploidavey (talk) 10:54, 15 November 2016 (UTC)

Biographies and Wikipedia guidelines
[edit]Hi. You seem to have one to considerable effort cut and pasted copyright material in trying to create biographies of people in the business community. Please note that all Wikipedia articles, including biographies, should be based only on reliable, third-party sources; Wikipedia policies require that all topics be notable.
