Welcome!
Hello, EdouardGris, and welcome to Wikipedia! This is one of the most popular websites in the world, and it's only through the contributions of editors like you. And Wikipedia is not just a collection of articles, it's an active community. The real fun here is contributing to Wikipedia, but don't feel hurt if some of your first few edits get removed, as there are some central guidelines you may not be familiar with.
Some good advice: be bold in your editing, and use the talk pages to discuss with other editors. Be kind to others, because there's a lot you can learn from them, and there's lots they can help you with.
There's lots of resources to help you become a great editor, from our basic introduction to our in-depth manual. But if you have any questions or problems, no matter what they are, leave me a message on my talk page. Or, you can just type {{helpme}}
on this page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. And if you haven't done so, tell us a bit about yourself. If you need some help, visit the Teahouse Q&A board. Oh, and please sign your name on talk pages and votes by typing ~~~~; our software automatically converts it to your username and the date.
Glad you're here! Libby norman (talk) 19:07, 1 June 2014 (UTC)

[edit]Hi EdouardGris, thanks for your note on my talk page. I noticed that you have lost the history of the article so that the next reviewer won't be aware of the article's past review. I'm a volunteer who reviews lots of pages, so the only way I could refresh my memory about the history of the page was by checking your talk page. Don't worry too much as there is a lot to learn on Wikipedia, but for future reference it is not recommended to remove editor reviews during the Afc process since it's very helpful to have the history of a page kept in one place. In terms of the OTRS, well done for getting this sorted out. While this is helpful, you may find that the page does not pass Wikipedia's neutrality guidelines as it is somewhat promotional of the subject in tone. You may also wish to improve the structure with headings and Wikilinks to – for instance – Tracy Emin. I won't be re-reviewing as I prefer not to return to articles I've previously looked at. There is a backlog elimination drive starting today, so lots of reviewers are working hard to get through articles in the queue and hopefully you won't have to wait too long for someone to provide feedback. Hope that helps, and thanks again for getting in touch. Libby norman (talk) 16:02, 1 June 2014 (UTC)
Hi Libby, sorry but I had not realised that editor reviews had been removed... Are there any schematics to assist with process of editing, and understanding the various building blocks within Wikipedia arcana? As for the text itself, the initial draft has a lot fo wikilinks built in, such as to T Emin, but they got lost in the way. Not sure about your assessment that the text has a promotional element to it, since it is fact based (there is no qualitative description). Will look at the draft further. I assume that the text where it is, is in the right review queue, and that I do not need to move it around. All best with your backlog campaign. 86.178.176.250 (talk) 16:34, 1 June 2014 (UTC)
- Don't worry at all – there are a lot of things to digest on Wikipedia! Hope you don't mind but I've put a welcome message at the top of the page; this has some useful links to give you more background info on writing, editing other people's pages and so on. Main guidance I can give is to keep going and don't be afraid to ask for help when you get stuck. Best wishes. Libby norman (talk) 19:07, 1 June 2014 (UTC)
