You have been blocked from editing for a period of a week in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for violating copyright policy by copying text into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission. You have been previously warned that this is against policy. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. Please take this opportunity to be sure you understand our copyright policy and our policies regarding how to quote non-free text. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. After taking a look at the history of your talk page, I found even more warnings, dating back to as far as March 2006. See for example [1] and [2]. I have therefore extended your block to indefinite. You are still allowed the contest the block at any time. Theleftorium (talk) 14:16, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I understand my errors, the copyright violations are just unproffesional mistakes, in the past it has happened that i copy-paste material that i was thinking to edit right away but ending in a saved page (I know, dumb), and most of the images are fair-use material that i should've put effort in right away, however these errors have mostly been made in the past (before i was an active editor) and my wish is not to contribute negative material, not on my behalf nor wikipedia's, if you give me time i will process my errors.

Decline reason:

In view of your four-year-long history of ignoring copyright warnings, I am unconvinced that you suddenly understand and will abide by our copyright rules.  Sandstein  16:20, 29 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Ajdebre, this is awful to see. I didn't saw this with copyright problems. Your hundreds of articles are invaluable contribution to wikipedia. I hope that this will not be indef. --Tadijaspeaks 20:27, 5 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Heh, he was already given an indefinite block after the admin realised he had prior accusations of copyright violations. Shame though, the loss of another key editor to Wikipedia. Yet, I am truly surprised no one has figured out that Ajdebre is using sockpuppets, or at least had used them till a few days ago. --Kilibarda (talk) 15:33, 6 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Kale-rezervoar-za-vodu.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Kale-rezervoar-za-vodu.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. J Milburn (talk) 19:14, 11 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Jokino Vrelo, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a foreign language article that was copied and pasted from another Wikimedia project, or was transwikied out to another project. Please see Wikipedia:Translation to learn about requests for, and coordination of, translations from foreign-language Wikipedias into English.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Epeefleche (talk) 05:43, 1 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Grb Crnojev.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Grb Crnojev.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to [email protected], stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to [email protected].

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
