Request reason:

This is Skiyomi (or more recently, Elianna Sei). I just have two questions that I really would like an answer to since I have been wondering about them recently. I know I am blocked from Wikipedia, but am I also actually banned? I know they are different things and I didn't know if they both applied to me or not. Second, is there any way I can ever edit (constructively) at Wikipedia again? Thank you, and I promise to go away after getting the answers to these questions. -Skiyomi

Decline reason:

You've been told the only pathway you have to potentially resume editing. I can find no record of a community discussion banning you from Wikipedia, but you are under a checkuser block and a global block across all Wikimedia projects. What matters is that you cannot edit any version of Wikipedia under any account or IP address until the block is removed. 331dot (talk) 09:53, 23 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
