Sleep Inn is a limited service hotel. Originally named, McSleep the name was changed after the company was sued by McDonald's when judge Paul V. Niemeyer ruled that using the prefix "Mc" was a "deliberate attempt to benefit by the good will and reputation of the giant fast-food chain". After that, the named was changed to McSleep Inn, after McDonald's countersued the name was changed to Sleep Inn.[2]
