Articles for deletion

  1. Place {{subst:afd}} on article.
  2. Follow link to "this article's entry" in the AfD text, and enter {{subst:afd2 | pg=PageName | text=Reason}} ~~~~
  3. Follow this edit link and add a line to the bottom: {{subst:afd3 | pg=PageName}} and include page name in edit summary.

For WP:SD use one of:

  1. Plain SD: {{d|reason}}
  2. Nonsense: {{nonsense}}
  3. Personal attacks: {{db-attack}}
  4. Empty: {{empty}}
  5. Non-notable bios: {{nn-bio}}

Images/Media for deletion

  1. Inform uploader using {{subst:idw|File name}}.
  2. Place {{ifd}} on image page.
  3. Add to bottom of WP:IFD.

  2. Add copyright violation notice:
    • For articles, replace text with {{copyvio|url=''URL of copied material''}}~~~~
    • For images, put on description page {{imagevio|url=<place URL of allegedly copied image here>}}~~~~
  3. Add an entry at Wikipedia:Copyright problems#November 25

If the article is less than 48hrs old and all revisions are a blatant copyvio, mark it as a speedy delete:

  1. Inform author using {{nothanks-sd|pg=page name|url=url of source}}
  2. Replace the article with {{db-copyvio|url=url of source}}~~~~

  2. Warn on talk page using WP:UTM
  3. Ask for admin help at WP:AIV with {{vandal|username or ip}}
