Sohna Airport , also called Sohna Airstrip, is a public airport near the city of Sohna the Gurugram district of the Indian state of Haryana.[1] It is 34 km from Gurugram and 49 km from Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi.
History
[edit]On 20 October 2016, the Ministry of Civil Aviation (India) issued a list of underserved airports in India and Sohna Airport in Gurugram was also included in the UDAN scheme to operationalise the subsidised scheduled air service.[1]
Flights
[edit]The airport has no scheduled commercial flight operations. It has microlight flight sightseeing services operated by the private operator named Fly India Adventure[2] and Fly Boy.[3]
