Umar Babanturai

Umar Babanturai is a Nigerian law enforcement officer and the Commandant of the Nigerian Special Constabulary (NSC) in Kano State. He is known for his contributions to community development, peacebuilding, and fostering strong collaborations between the NSC and the regular police force.
