Usage

• IPV4 Example: {{IPuser2|192.0.2.16}} -> 192.0.2.16
• IPV6 Example: {{IPuser2|2001:db8:10::1}} -> 2001:db8:10::1

Set the second parameter to anything to also display a talk link: {{IPuser2|192.0.2.16|example}} -> 192.0.2.16 (talk)
