Apologies but not sure how to edit the Notes section directly and the following link in the Notes appears to be broken:

1. History of Harry S Truman College

http://www.trumancollege.edu/visitors/history.php

Perhaps it should be?

You are quite right. I have updated the link. Thank you for pointing this out. JohnCD (talk) 15:52, 21 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you John. Unfortunately a few of the others are broken also which i am glad to fix! Can you explain to me or send me a link about how to do this? When i hit edit in the notes section i do not see the URL's themselves? Why? Moshekaye (talk) 16:06, 21 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Short answer: you don't see them in the "Notes" section, because they are placed in the text at the point they refer to, between <ref> ... </ref> tags, and then a "template" {{reflist}} at the end of the article causes them all to be displayed there, with links back to the text. You can read about it at WP:CITE. This is all made more complicated because there are now two quite different ways to edit articles: the traditional one accessed through the "Edit source" tab, and a new "Visual editor" accessed through the "Edit" tab, which it is hoped will make things easier but which at present is very much a prototype-on-test. More advice on your talk page later today. JohnCD (talk) 17:07, 21 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

John, I believe that i have corrected all the relevant links but i cannot find on the current website for the college any current reference to the "Northeastern Illinois University partnership" and the "Truman College Teacher Preparation". I have left them in the article for the moment but wanted to ask what is the protocol for removal? Some advice would be appreciated. Thank you ~Moshe Moshekaye (talk) 05:03, 23 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I just found this page [1] so i will update the reference with this link. Moshekaye (talk) 05:20, 23 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
