It seems to simply be several electronically controlled emission apparatus, I don't see an absorptions apparatus... is the AESA pod used for this? Article needs a LOT more work. 99.236.221.124 (talk) 06:01, 15 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Unbelievable claims need a serious source.

Thales is now developing the SMART-L Mk2, with a maximum radius of almost 1800km.[citation needed] - removed.
