Grammar mistake

"He found that they were an immensely popular" should be corrected to "He found that they were immensely popular".

Date of birth and date of / age at death

The article currently reports his date of birth as Dec 21, 1916, date of death as Mar 14, 1989, and age at death as 73, but if the dates are correct then he was only 72.
