Our law firm The Baldonado Group, P.C. represents Lil Durk, and his correct legal name is Durk Davontay Banks. Unfortunately it seems that all publicly available digital sources reinforce the incorrect name, most likely because it has been incorrect on Wikipedia for so long. I cannot find a source to support my claim, but would really appreciate if an editor could contact me so we could get this sorted expeditiously. In the interim, please remove the incorrect middle name. Thank you. Thebaldonadogroup (talk) 15:53, 26 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed the middle name after verifying it was incorrectly added in 2019 without any sources. Helpful Raccoon (talk) 19:10, 26 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Criminal information is incorrect

[edit]

He should not have two murder for hire charges on there as of this moment, only one. The connection was brought up in court as another reason so that he should not have been granted bail. It was only brought up but he was never charged for it; yet.

Not done: The article didn't say that he was charged, it just mentioned the new case and his link to it and how it affected his bail request. The recent development has been covered by numerous reliable sources, and is notable enough to warrant a mention in our article. I improved the sourcing with a Chicago Tribune article, explicitly mentioned that he has yet to be charged in the newer case, and adjusted the paragraph to closer match the sources.
