I requested speedy deletion for G11 due to obviously promotional elements, such as It is an intelligent architectural work, equipped with a flexible, ingenious and efficient structure for the seismic zone and La Petatera is built with indigenous technology. It is the result of all times, because it has evolved from the times when it was a palisade placed in the center of the city of Colima until its conversion into a bullring with the capacity to house up to five thousand people. However, after looking at page history I realised it was translated from the Spanish Wikipedia, so have removed the G11 and draftified instead. Apologies for the inconvenience, thanks! No problem; I can see why it might seem promotional, but it is stated as fact on the following page: https://sic.cultura.gob.mx/ficha.php?table=frpintangible&table_id=116
I would like for you to check it out and consider it. The sources given in the page are two. One is from Carlos Mijares, a graduate from the UNAM in Architecture, and the other seems to be the one that explains the intangible cultural heritage. @Mejorar wikiwi: Unfortunately, compare the link:

Its constructive antecedents have their origin in a deep religious tradition, when in the 17th century, beginning in 1658, the town of Colima, ruined by tremors, decided to put themselves under the protection of San Felipe de Jesús as patron saint, whom from then on , consecrate each year the religious and pagan festivals, among which are the bullfights. This is identical to the WP page, Its constructive antecedents have their origin in a religious tradition, when in the 17th century, beginning in 1658, the town of Colima, ruined by eathquakes, decided to put itself under the protection of San Felipe de Jesús as patron saint, whom from then on is consecrated each year at the beginning of February with the religious and pagan festivals, among which are the bullfights. Here's a question- is this content public domain or compatible with CCBYSA? If so, apologies! VickKiang (talk) 04:54, 10 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

No, I don't think it is, due to it coming from a book published in the year 2000. They likely got permission to use the content. It can, of course, still be used as a source with an obvius requirement to be modified in order to be used. I only translated the article available in Spanish. I apologize as I did not know it probably came from that site. Mejorar wikiwi (talk) 04:59, 10 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, I am Diannaa and I am a Wikipedia administrator. Sorry but almost all of the content on the Spanish Wikipedia was copied from source website. It has a 90% overlap according to Earwig's tool. We can't use a Google translation of it either. The source website is not compatibly licensed; I checked the Terms and Conditions page of the website and found that the source is not compatibly licensed, as it does not allow commercial use (and our website does). Government works in Mexico are protected for 100 years from publication date. A book published in 2000 is not available for us to copy; it's protected by copyright. For these reasons, I have had to remove the overlapping content. — Diannaa (talk) 11:53, 10 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I was unable to figure out how to report the problem to the Spanish Wikipedia admins. — Diannaa (talk) 11:56, 10 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
