Hi @Hushbraun: this is a reply to your message on my talk page. Please review the policy at WP:RS. Writing that Kau To Shan is "affluent", "exclusive", etc. is WP:OR based on unreliable sources (property transaction pages from real estate companies Midland and Centaline – these are not acceptable Wikipedia sources). On.cc may be an acceptable source but the content of the reference doesn't reflect what you have written – you have drawn your own conclusion (i.e. that Kau To Shan is "exclusive") based on the fact that some houses there sold for high prices. This is original research. The language is is also unencyclopedic and promotional. It looks like spam honestly, not what you would find in an encyclopedia.
