Oh yes. Why is it that this article exists at all on Wikipedia? Because this law was a foundation of apartheid. Most/many other laws referred to it. It was a primary mechanism for establishing and retaining White privelege. So, to give the NP / (White) South African government's summary of the act, the Animal Farm "separate but equal" nonsense is POV! Shame! Paul Beardsell 18:07, 6 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
