Gasthaus is a German word,not English. Although it might look cute in a tradename, it should not be imported to the English language.

Biergarten should be spelled "beer garden" in English, unless you are trying for cuteness.

Why don't people use dictionaries instead of introducing foreign vocabulary to en.wikipedia?
