[edit]A moot point whether Drummore is the most southerly village in Scotland. It's not the most southerly settlement - but the ones further to the south such as Maryport have few houses and no facilities, while Drummore has school, church, post office etc as stated in the article. I would say it was the most southerly village in Scotland. Deipnosophista 21:37, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
Wartime years
[edit]There is a brief mention of the MoD presence in the village, but I wonder if we could maybe expand on the war years? Eg. Drummore was where trainees were billetted while base at RAF West Freugh. --Mais oui! (talk) 07:20, 17 June 2010 (UTC)
