As far as I am aware it is acceptable in Wikipedia to quote music press articles for band pages. It's not violating NPOV, and it is very much encyclopedic. So, I've stuck the quote back in. NickW 10:00, 13 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I should add to the above, that adding relevant and informative quotes from music press reviews etc.. is actually quite valuable, particularly as much of the material often quoted is not available online. NickW 10:51, 13 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry about that. It didn't occur to me that was a quote when I took it out. Quotes should enclosed in quotation marks, in italics, have an indentation and/or at least an em dash when quoting from the person, I didn't see any one of those and naturally assumed that it was a POV rambling sentence. Nevertheless, Wikipedia doesn't usually use quotes much for articles about bands. So, I strongly suggest starting an article on Twenty Twenty Sound in line with WP:ALBUM and then moving the quote there. --Andylkl [ talk! | c ] 13:25, 13 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
And another thing, try find a citation for the origin of that quote. See WP:CITE. I did a Google search for you and came up with this. --Andylkl [ talk! | c ] 13:30, 13 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

What about the NWOBHM band of the same name? Someone please make an article. greekalien 22:59, 11 July 2007 (GMT 2)

I had never heard of these guys until I searched for the NWOBHM band of the same name 77.99.123.231 13:04, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I really don't think this band has a 'dub undertone' are you sure that whoever wrote this wasn't thinking about the other Darkstar? They already have a wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Darkstar_(duo) Ollibara (talk) 11:20, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I think that I may have added that line (could be better written, whoever did add it). Reviews at the time mentioned the dubby element to Dark Star's sound - one listen to the 'Graceadelica' single makes the dub connection obvious. -Dann Chinn (talk) 22:18, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
