Kindly refer to these links where the Indian army Chief has stated that there is nothing called cold start.

http://www.google.com/search?client=ubuntu&channel=fs&q=India has no 'Cold Start' doctrine: Army chief: "There is nothing called 'Cold Start' (doctrine) in the Indian Army. We don't have anything called 'Cold Start'," he said while reacting to WikiLeaks documents in which US Ambassador Timothy Roemer analyses India's military approach towards Pakistan in the wake of 26/11 attacks.&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 123.237.188.117 (talk) 06:55, 3 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia's content is not establish by the Indian Military. Moreover the article is older than the last Wikileaks. I think the article is relevant and deserve a page. Le reference unfortunately are missing.--Dia^ (talk) 14:15, 3 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia's content isn't also supposed to be edited by anti-india fanatics by providing no ref links and posting jingoistic contentCrusaderbot (talk) 05:32, 7 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The above (dated) deletion request does not display a firm grasp of the issues at play. Although the Indian military has publicly disavowed the existence of a single concept called "Cold Start," they are certainly embracing various "proactive strategies" in the mould of CS, as indicated here: http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/Army-chief-General-Suhag-says-India-needs-to-be-ready-for-short-wars/articleshow/48765472.cms — Preceding unsigned comment added by 46.233.116.48 (talk) 12:21, 3 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
