Clearance definition needs work

- A 'charge being laid' means making an arrest and charging someone. The clearance rate in this context is the percentage of crime (or a type of crime) for which the police arrest and charge someone. 50.206.190.178 (talk) 18:37, 31 January 2024 (UTC)
