Why this article is separate from United States Fencing Association
[edit](moved from article to talk page) This article discusses the history and role of the AFLA in American fencing. While legally the AFLA simply changed its name, there were so many other changes in the organization occurring at the same time that the USFA and the AFLA can be more easily discussed in separate articles. — Twisted86 - Talk - at 07:16, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
Orphaned references in Amateur Fencers League of America
[edit]I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Amateur Fencers League of America's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
Reference named "auto3":
- From United States Fencing Association: Kenneth T. Jackson, Lisa Keller, Nancy Flood (2010). The Encyclopedia of New York City, Second Edition, Yale University Press.
- From Daniel Bukantz: Vecsey, George (December 2, 2007). "A Righteous Recipe for Longevity". The New York Times.
I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 07:59, 14 March 2023 (UTC)
