Later Life

[edit]

I think in the part called "later life" there are a series of controversial issues which should not be contained in an encyclopaedic biography. One reference (14) to such a controversy is not enough to make a claim. Especially in light of the previous activities of Alastair Crooke, aimed at bringing conflicting parties to a table and end conflicts with negotiations, the part "later life" is at least unexpected. It sounds either as if Crooke had sided with the wrong party, or as a hidden criticism of his bi-partisan approach to conflicts. I suggest that this part be rewritten in a more neutral way. Are there people opposed to such an improvement? Mregelsberger (talk) 07:28, 20 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
