[edit]Is the word "inactivated" or "deactivated"? It seems to me like it should be the latter. Hypeer 19:39, 6 March 2006 (UTC)

- It's "inactivated", meaning, on the books but placed into inactive status. Bombs are deactivated.--Reedmalloy (talk) 05:40, 14 February 2010 (UTC)
