17:4017:40, 9 February 2020 diff hist 296 m Clonazepam I am adding this source, https://www.medicinalgenomics.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/Potent-inhibition-of-CYP3A-with-CBD.pdf, to back up the claim of my previous edit - of adding Cannabidiol (aka CBD) to the inhibitor examples of the CYP3A4 Enzyme. As it's a now very commonly used dietary supplement, thats purchased over the counter, which is a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor - there are hundreds of articles on this and rated as a "moderate/serious" interaction on medical website - with Clonazepam.

Cannabidiol is a potent inhibitor which has recently and rapidly become very commonly used in the Western World as a legal, over the counter, dietary supplement. Several medical studies have proven it is s potent CYP3A(4) inhibitor. It's listed on many websites, medical websites, as having a "moderate/significant" interaction with Clonazepam.
