The problem was that there are 2 places in Ethiopia by the name of “Doba” one in Tigray and the other one is in shewa. Few decades ago there was a writer that got confused and wrote that Haile Selassie grandmother came from Doba in Tigray which in fact He came from Doba in shewa.
