Masbaraud-Mérignat (Limousin: Lo Mas de Barèu e Mairinhac) is a former commune in the Creuse department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in central France. On 1 January 2019, it was merged into the new commune Saint-Dizier-Masbaraud.[2]

Geography

A farming area comprising the village and several hamlets situated in the valley of the river Taurion, some 15 miles (24 km) south of Guéret at the junction of the D61 and the D912 roads.
