Grant Township is one of fifteen townships in DeKalb County, Indiana. As of the 2020 census, its population was 3,086, down from 3,245 at the 2010 census,[4] and it contained 1,293 housing units.

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 17.49 square miles (45.3 km2), of which 17.47 square miles (45.2 km2) (or 99.89%) is land and 0.02 square miles (0.052 km2) (or 0.11%) is water.[4]
