Graeme Downie is a Scottish Labour Party politician who has been the Member of Parliament for Dunfermline and Dollar since 2024.[1] Prior to his election, he was elected as Councillor for West Fife and Coastal Villages[2] and Health Spokesperson in the Labour-led Fife Council administration. He continues as a councillor but has stood down from his roles as Health Spokesperson.[3]
Education
[edit]Graeme attended Craigmount High School in Edinburgh before reading Politics at the University of Stirling, graduating in 2002. He was one of the first in his family to attend university.[citation needed]
