The uronium structure picture here is not the common isomer of HATU, as determined in a crystallographic and NMR study undertaken by the inventor of Hatu, Louis Carpino, in 2002 (Carpino, et al., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., 2002, 41 (3), 441-445). Carpino showed that the iminium isomer is the commonly encountered one (also the commercially available one), and that special care has to be taken in order to prepare the more active O-isomer. I'd recommend that the iminium isomer is shown in the main image for this page, and that a discussion of the two possible isomers and the conditions under which they are obtained should be included in the main body of the text.
