English: An illustration of Motorola's PowerPC 750 microprocessor, called MPC750, also known as a G3 processor. It's manufactured on a 0.25 μm aluminum process in week 1 of 1999 mounted on a ceramic ball grid array substrate. IBM have also made versions of the 750 called PPC750. Inspiration for the image comes from numerous pictures on the Internet, IBM, Motorola, Apple and privately owned photos.
