Deebs Magazine is an Angolan magazine dedicated to providing a comprehensive view of culture, daily life, and topics related to business and entrepreneurship.
History
[edit]The magazine was founded on December 7, 2023, by entrepreneur Alexandre Réis, with the primary goal of covering major events in Angola and highlighting entrepreneurs and innovations shaping the country's economic landscape. Although it also addresses cultural, social, and political topics, Deebs Magazine has established itself as a reference in covering the business world and the success stories of Angolan business leaders.[1][2][3][4]
The publication aims to serve as a platform for discussions on challenges and opportunities in Angola's business environment. In this sense, it promotes the exchange of ideas that contribute to the development and modernization of the private sector in the country. Deebs Magazine also supports initiatives aimed at strengthening entrepreneurship and sustainability.
Among the events highlighted by the magazine is the visit of U.S. President Joe Biden[5] to the African continent in 2024, during which investments in the Lobito Corridor were discussed with Angolan President João Lourenço.[6][7]
With an editorial line directed at professionals, executives, and business leaders, Deebs Magazine[8] integrates the business world with Angola's rich cultural diversity. The magazine is published in both print and digital formats, reaching a growing audience in Angola and other Portuguese-speaking countries.[9][10]
