Babol Posht (Persian: بابل پشت)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Babolrud Rural District of the Central District of Babolsar County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,455 in 393 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,515 people in 456 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,539 people in 512 households.[2]
