Březinky is a municipality and village in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 100 inhabitants.

Březinky lies approximately 26 kilometres (16 mi) south-east of Svitavy, 84 km (52 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 177 km (110 mi) east of Prague.
