These are the results of the 2001 Central American and Caribbean Championships in Athletics which took place on July 20–22, 2001 in Guatemala City, Guatemala.[1][2]

Estadio Mateo Flores, the host venue, is located at an altitude which is believed to affect the performance in some of the events.
