Čeložnice (German: Czelloschnitz) is a municipality and village in Hodonín District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants.
Čeložnice lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) north of Hodonín, 43 km (27 mi) south-east of Brno, and 229 km (142 mi) south-east of Prague.
