The Libertarian Party (Template:Lang-es, abbr. PL) is an Argentine political party which promotes elements of social paleolibertarianism and economic right-libertarianism[8] and minarchism. The party's ideology, according to its own platform, centers on libertarianism, advocating for free markets and a minimal and secular state, among other ideas.[8] However, among its followers, there are positions ranging from classical liberalism, ultraconservatism to anarcho-capitalism and cross-sectional approaches.[9][10] The party is currently led by president-elect Javier Milei, who won the 2023 Argentine general election runoff, placed second in the first round of the general election and placed first in the Argentine primary election with 29.86% of the vote.[11][12][13] The party is also a founding member of the coalition Liberty Advances, which is also led by Javier Milei.[14]

The party has obtained authorization to support national-level candidacies.
