Talk:Funny animal fandom
"Many greymuzzles consider the end of the Vootie APA in 1983, and the start of the Rowrbrazzle APA a year later, the point where, for the most part, funny animal fandom became furry fandom."
Citation needed? Heh... as if. The statement is arrogant and nonsensical. Fans of funny animal cartoons and comics (exclusive of the extreme fare you "greymuzzles" may be into) still exist, and in a casual sense greatly outnumber the fringe subculture that is "furry fandom." This entry describes a term applied to discern a different kind of fan from the role-players or lifestylers, because such fans not only exist but are most likely completely ignorant of Vootie or Rawbrazzle, or any of your snooty little groups.
The entry should simply be struck, and maybe the person who put it there, too. 75.105.128.58 07:51, 14 August 2009 (UTC)
