ConFurence 10 was the furry convention in the ConFurence series held over the four days of April 1-4 in 1999 at the Town and Country Resort and Convention Center in San Diego, California. The dual themes for that year were "Looking Back at 10 Furry Years" and "Year of the Rabbit".
This was the first year in which ConFurence was held in April rather than January, and the first time it was held in San Diego. It was also the first year in which attendance to ConFurence declined. In addition to the calendar and venue changes, there was now competition from Further Confusion, which had run for the first time that January, appropriating ConFurence's old calendar position.
The conference was hit by a last minute restriction on adult work, which concerned some dealers[1], but it turned out not to be all that problematic[2].
