There are two ways to make this awesome mint infusion. You can either use dried up mint leaves or fresh mint leaves.

Ingredients

[edit | edit source]
  • Dried or fresh mint leaves
  • Water

Equipment

[edit | edit source]
  • Kettle
  • Teapot

Procedure

[edit | edit source]
  1. Boil the water in a kettle.
  2. Pour the boiling water into the teapot.
  3. Put the mint leaves in the teapot. Let steep for several minutes.
  4. Pour some hot tea in a cup and dilute with additional water. Even if it starts to look transparent, the taste is still there.
