British Army slang?
editKharzi is British Army slang nothing to do with cockneys which is why the cockneys don't use the term. Partridge was an awful fool with a political agenda and a heightened sense of xenophobia.
That's weird because as a born and bred Londoner, I heard the word used frequently.
