google books:"Romani" "Romanies" suggests that at least some writers do form the plural of Romani by adding -es (like tomatotomatoes, not tomatos). But I suppose it may be too rare to put on the headword line. - -sche (discuss) 00:57, 29 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
