Russian transliteration

@KoreanQuoter, Stephen G. Brown Hello guys, could you follow the infamous WT:RU TR rules, please? Especially for words with irregular pronunciations? Sorry, I have been very busy and not capable to check/fix all Russian edits. Also, I don't think Russian words with {{l}} should be bolded. They don't look well when followed by transliterations in bold. --13:30, 18 June 2015 (UTC)

We have {{l-bold}} for this, which looks better: он (on), but most of those should use {{m}} instead anyway. --WikiTiki89 14:22, 18 June 2015 (UTC)
