Finnish

Etymology

As with many slang suffixes, there are probably multiple origins. The main origin is probably -tsa ‎ -u, but another origin may be -su added to stems ending in t.

1. (slang) Slang suffix, generally for nouns (with clipping).
2. (non-productive) Found in some surnames.
