- Il mourut ieune eſtant Ædile de Rome, & ayant eſpouſé Iulia fille d’Auguſte, auec laquelle il ne veſcut pas longuement: mais pour honorer ſa memoire, Octauia ſa mere dedia la librairie, & Auguſte Cæſar le threatre , qui ſont encore appellez iuſqu’auiourd’hui le Theatre & la Librairie de Marcellus.
- He died young being Aedile of Rome, and having married Julia daughter of Augustus, with whom he did not live long: but to honour her memory, Octavia her mother dedicated a library and Augustus Caesar a theater, which are still called up to today the Theater and the Library of Marcellus.
