Lady Elizabeth
editI've moved a few things and tidied the article up. See Lady Elizabeth. The main issue was that the later 1879 ship needs to be in a separate article - as it was was just confusing. –Moondyne 09:21, 5 September 2009 (UTC)
- On closer inspection, most of the text appears to be copied word-for-word from [1]. Plagiarism of copyright text such as this is both illegal and against Wikipedia policy. The text will need to be redone to make it original work. –Moondyne 07:08, 6 September 2009 (UTC)
Not a problem, I am still adding more information to the website as well as adding photos from the Museum in Western Australia, per their permission.LukeDuke1980 (talk) 15:29, 7 September 2009 (UTC)

World Discoverer

Article assessment
editHi Luke, I saw your message and did the assessments on the Lady Elizabeth ship articles. You've got them in good shape now. The one thing that you can add is a construction section for each article. The Lady Elizabeth (1869) article, for example, has most of the information on the construction in the lead section. You could move that information to its own construction section and expanded the article lead section with a summary of the ships history. Here are some articles that I've worked on that will show you what I mean Edward M. Cotter (fireboat), PS General Slocum and SS Edmund Fitzgerald. You've done a great job on these articles.Shinerunner (talk) 13:51, 26 December 2009 (UTC)
I appreciate your input as well as your help. I am hoping to expand on these articles as the information becomes more available to me. Thank you again for your help and your advice. LukeDuke1980 (talk) 17:37, 23 February 2010 (UTC)
Shipwrecks and Ships merger discussion.
editHello. I'm posting this notice here since you're listed as a member of the Shipwrecks project. A merge proposal has been suggested on the project talk page here. Suggestions and ideas are welcome. Thanks. --Brad (talk) 22:54, 14 January 2010 (UTC)
Further work on Lady Elizabeth
editHappy to assist if I can - but my last edits to this page were five months ago. Not sure what you mean about changing the "Australian insignia", the red ensign, as currently shown, is correct for Australia as well as Britain in the C19th.Nickm57 (talk) 07:15, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
