I want to remind you of the guidelines of the WP:UAA page: Wait until the user edits. Do not report a user that hasn't edited unless they are clearly a vandal. Some of the names you are reporting are created on different wikis (i.e. [1]) while some haven't edited:

Wikipedia:Usernames for administrator attention

@Coldandspicy: Hello, thank you for your work reporting usernames. However, I was wondering if you could kindly go over the instructions on top of the page again and revise your reporting accordingly. The points that I am particularly concerned are: :: 1. This page is for usernames that are such blatant and serious problems that they need to be immediately blocked.

3. Please discuss less-serious violations with the user so that they can rename or abandon their account in good faith.

7. Wait until the user edits. Do not report a user that hasn't edited unless they are clearly a vandal.

I understand that I was blocked for abusing multiple accounts including vandalizing Wikipedia while logged out. I promise not to create any more accounts or edit nonconstructively while logged out as I now understand that is against the rules. I have not edited Wikipedia at all in the last 6 months. I was immature and childish, but I have grown a lot since then. I am now ready to make useful contributions to Wikipedia and revert vandalism from other editors; no more vandalism.
