Chrysalid
editAn evolutionary/mutational stage similar to a bug coccoon. Physically it appears as a human-sized coccoon; capable of changing newly C-Virus-infected or previously C-Virus-infected (such as the J'avo) into more powerful forms. Newly infected humans will therefore become either J'avo or chrysalids immediately, with the J'avo capable of mutating later through the use of Chrysalids after taking life-threatening damage.

editCreated to become the ultimate B.O.W. by Neo-Umbrella, it has translucent skin revealing the underlying organs and humanoid bone structure. It was intended to multiply in the ocean and secrete gas thousands of times more powerful than Lepotitsa's in order to infect the entire planet in just a matter of days, but was incomplete when encountered and killed by Chris Redfield and Piers Nivans.

Hunter α (MA-121)
editCreated by injecting reptilian DNA into a human embryo and exposure to the T-Virus; the result became the first B.O.W. the Umbrella Corporation built from the ground upwards for sale on the black market. The alpha series was produced by Albert Wesker and William Birkin in the Arklay Laboratory (under the Spencer Mansion) and proved highly profitable. Development from the alpha series eventually led to the production of the Hunter R.

editHas an exposed heart unlike its predecessor, and was created for mass-production and marketing by TRICELL after the Umbrella Corporation collapsed. Has increased muscle mass and better hearing than its predecessor and maintains the same pack mentality. Exposure to the Progenitor Virus also gave this model the ability to quickly reproduce and caused their hearts to grow outside their chests, much like the Tyrant B.O.W.s.

Ricardo Irving
editBlack market B.O.W. dealer and director of TRICELL Africa, Inc.'s oil fields, Ricardo Irving was a secretive man and responsible for the deaths of all but one of the BSAA's Delta team. He was able to exploit the secrecy surrounding him to slow Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar in their mission until finally confronted with them and forced to inject himself with a developed model of control Plaga. This mutated Ricardo quickly, increasing his size greatly, and giving him the appearance of multiple fish and mollusk species combined, complete with long tentacles. The speed of the mutation resulted in numerous flaws and he was quickly killed by Chris and Sheva.

Ustanak
editDerived from the Serbian word for "revolution". His human name is unknown but it is made clear from files in Resident Evil 6 that he chose to become an experimental bioweapon after tests showed he was compatible with the C-Virus. Ustanak is capable of spawning flying Oko from his back, which act as sensory aids to complement his impaired vision and hearing. He is seen in Resident Evil 6 displaying multiple replacement arms for situations, having lost the original in a lab accident before infection. These include: a gatling gun, shotgun, rocket launcher, drill, wrecking ball, and extendable claw - capable of taking tissue samples from targets. He is referred to as "indestructible" multiple times and survives many feats impossible for a human. He was a one-of-a-kind experiment and was eventually killed by Jake Muller and Sherry Birkin.
