Seems doubtful to me that this biographical entry is right for Wikipedia. Most academics have publications, but lack the notoriety that would warrant an entry here. Wikipedia isn't the white pages.
Irwin is a very prominent scholar in his field--although it's certainly true that scholars in the field of classical philosophy generally lack broader notoriety.
